Alexandra just exploded this past week developmentally. She now has 6 teeth, which I think is crazy. (I had expected her to get her first tooth around 10 months like I did.) She had been army crawling/scooting for a while, but this past week she has gotten much better at crawling, pulling herself up, and sitting herself up. She has also started "walking" with help obviously. Sometimes I think she would rather stand than sit.
I've also been working with her to go to sleep in her bed by herself without rocking her or walking with her. The past few nights she has gone right to sleep without any crying. Let me tell you; that has been a treat and is much better than the screaming we've endured the first few nights. Hopefully, this trend will last.
Of course, this all happened while her daddy was out of town on business this past week. He practically came home to a completely different daughter (well not completely different.)
